Description

SAPOL are seeking to engage an SA-based recruitment agency, with a familiarity of SAPOL IS&T Service and the Adelaide IT market, to assist SAPOL IS&T in the PSA recruitment process which will include:

·            Develop internal and external communication processes to promote and advertise roles to be recruited and identify potential candidates for key roles.

·            Complete initial assessment of applicants to determine suitability for role and compliance with essential requirements of the relevant Position Information Document, including shortlisting.

·            Coordinate interview activities with shortlisted applications in consultation with IS&T staff;

·            Work with SAPOL Human Resources Service to ensure the timely and accurate submission of Selection Reports;

·            Work with SAPOL Human Resources Service through recruitments to ensure compliance with relevant SAPOL and SA Government policy guidelines.
