Description

To procure a suitably qualified and experienced client-side Programmer / Schedule Manager (PSM). Beginning when the ECI Contractor commences the Design Phase 2 (70%) and then subject to government approval of the D&C Contract, the ongoing role of the PSM is to review and provide schedule management services associated with the construction of the New Lyric Theatre.
